Information clause

I hereby declare that I have been informed that:

  3. my personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for the purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the administrator or a third party on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, for which the administrator considers: providing response to this correspondence by the Society, investigating and defending against claims, preventing fraud, sending data within a group of enterprises, conducting statistics and analyses, ensuring the security of the IT environment, applying internal control systems;

  4. the recipient of my personal data is the entity providing support services for participants and investors;

  5. my personal data will be stored for as long as the administrator fulfils his legal obligations and for the duration of the general limitation periods for investigating and defending against claims;

  6. I have the right to object to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of direct marketing insofar as the processing is connected with direct marketing;

  7. I have the right to object to the processing of my personal data when the processing is necessary for other purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing;

  8. I have the right to access the content of my data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing, and the right to transfer the data;

  9. I have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data;

  10. providing my personal data is voluntary, however, if I do not provide such data, IB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych will not be able to respond to the correspondence.
