Robert Skłodowski

Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in tax law. He is the holder of stockbroker’s licence No. 1025.
His professional career started in 1995 at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A. Then, he worked at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Allianz Polska S.A. and Pioneer Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. In the years 2000-2002, he was the Market Research Director at Personal Finance Polska Sp. z o.o., a company providing financial advisory services. From 2002 to 2007, he worked as the Institutional Client Manager at PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. In the period from July 2008 to September 2012, he was the Vice President of the Management Board of Ostoja Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. The field of his responsibility covered the management of investment fund assets. In mid-2013, he was appointed President of the Management Board of IB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
Konrad Perliński
Vice President of the Management Board
Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in evaluation of real estate and accounting. He is the holder of stockbroker’s licence No. 740.
He has been connected with the capital market and investment funds for 25 years. His professional career started at Financial Services and Raiffeisen Capital Investment companies where he worked as a stockbroker. Then, he performed the function of an accountant of investment funds at Korona Towarzystwo Funduszy Powierniczych and Przymierze Towarzystwo Funduszy Powierniczych. In 1998, he was appointed Operating Office Director of Bankowy Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, a pension fund, and in the years 2000-2002 – Management Board Member and President of the Management Board of Finanse Agent Transferowy. In 2006, he was appointed Vice President of PTE Bankowy S.A. responsible in particular for the investment activity of the pension fund. From 2010 to 2017, he was employed as the Director of the Fund Accounting Department at Moventum Sp. z o.o.
Renata Dłuska
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Legal counsel, tax advisor and partner at MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic and Partners.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Modern Languages of the University of Warsaw. She started her professional career in 1990 at the Ministry of Finance. In the years 1990-2004, she was employed at Ernst & Young Sp. z o.o. as consultant, manager and from 1996 – as partner. From 2004, she has been a partner at MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic and Partners. She is an expert in transfer pricing and company income tax. She provides effective advisory services to both international and Polish companies. Her expertise includes tax strategy determination with a special focus on the investment stage and the management of the risk connected with transfer prices at different areas of business activity. She has been an advisor to big investors in the process of privatisation and capital investments, in particular during the privatisation of the steel industry.
Tomasz Szeląg

A graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław, doctor of economic sciences. He started his professional career in 2003 at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. where he worked until 2007, most recently as the Director of the Security Department. In the years 2007 - 2008 he was employed as the Director of the Société Générale Bank Branch in Wrocław. Since 2009 he has been professionally associated with Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. In 2009-2016 he was a Member of the Management Board for Finance at Cyfrowy Polsat. In 2010-2016 he was a member of boards of numerous companies at the Cyfrowy Polsat Group, including Telewizja Polsat, Plus TM Management and Polkomtel. From October 2016 he is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat. In 2016 he was also appointed to the Supervisory Boards of the companies: Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., Telewizja Polsat Sp. z o.o. and ZE PAK S.A.
Janusz Kaliszyk

He is a doctor of economic sciences. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics and post-graduate studies: Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA and Harvard Business School, USA. He started his professional career in 1994 at Bank BPH S.A. As the Vice President of the Management Board in two banks, i.e. in Mazowiecki Bank Regionalny S.A. (1997-1998) and Invest - Bank S.A (1999-2002). Member of the Management Board in numerous companies: Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. z o.o. (ERA) (2005-2006), Telewizja Superstacja (2006-2009), IT Polpager S.A. (2009-2010), mPunkt Polska S.A. (2010-2011), mTel Sp. z o.o. (2010-2011). From 2011 until now as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Elektrim Megadex S.A. and advisor to the President of the Management Board at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. From 2012 until now, the President of the Management Board of Polkomtel Business Development Sp. z o.o. and since 2017 the President of the Management Board at Embud 2 Sp. z o.o.
